The internet was abuzz in the past few hours about the death of the Rapper Named Glup Shitto. The news first appeared on X and as is the trend these days, the news spread like a wildfire without anyone trying to confirm if the news is true or it is another instance of fake news. However for the fans of the Rapper the good news is that Glup Shitto is alive and well.

Is Glup Shitto Dead or Alive?

The genesis of this fake news can be traced to an X user who goes by the name of @klobstar a.k.a. Kendrick Lobstar claimed that the musician who originally hailed from Jacksonville was found dead. He also attached an older picture of the rapper which showed him in the customary Gown after he received a Bachelor’s degree.

The tweet has garnered over five million views. However the rapper is very much alive and the netizens misspelled his name.

It is interesting to note that the musician’s name is not Glup Shitto and the fact was highlighted by another user @DerektheCleric who took to X to highlight the gaffe. The singer’s name is Guap Shvt, who shared the Instagram story of @KLobstar’s tweet and also attached an emoji saying he is hale and hearty.

Guap Shvt shared the picture when he received a Bachelor’s degree in 2022.

Often users fake the death of personalities to get extra coverage and views. Netizens must always be aware of such misdeeds and try their best to make others aware if they come across such instances.
