Is Lamborghini Temerario trademarked in Europe signaling the arrival of the Huracan successor?

Lamborghini has trademarked the Temerario name in Europe for the upcoming Huracan replacement. The name hints at a fearless and daring supercar set to debut later this year. The Temerario will be the second Lamborghini to feature an electrified powertrain, following the Revuelto.

The European Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) received the ‘Temerario’ trademark filing from Lamborghini. The name features bull horns in the letters ‘T’ and ‘O’ with a font style similar to other Lamborghini models. Temerario translates to fearless or daredevil, fitting for the upcoming supercar with an electrified powertrain.

The Temerario will mark a shift for Lamborghini, featuring a hybrid powertrain with a twin-turbo V8 engine and electric support. This new system is expected to produce more power than the outgoing naturally aspirated V10 engine. The supercar will transmit power to all four wheels through an automatic transmission, similar to the Revuelto.

Expect more details on the Lamborghini Temerario to surface in the upcoming months, with the model likely to arrive in India next year. The final units of the Huracan have been sold out, signaling a full order book for the last naturally aspirated era supercar. Stay tuned for updates on the Temerario as Lamborghini prepares to unveil its latest creation.
