With 45 points from 21 games, the Mariners are just two points behind Mumbai City FC (47), making the upcoming clash a title decider match.

In a dominant display, MBSG had Hector Yuste, Manvir Singh, Anirudh Thapa, and Armando Sadiku each scoring a goal to seal their convincing win over Bengaluru FC. The game started with Hector scoring in the 17th minute, followed by goals from Manvir and Thapa in the second half to secure the victory for the Mariners.
