Israel foreign ministry to distribute Hamas atrocities report globally
Israel to globally distribute report on Hamas’ sexual assault
Israel’s foreign ministry will distribute a report on systematic abuse committed by Hamas during a massacre in southern Israel on October 7. The detailed evidence collected will be showcased worldwide as part of an extensive public diplomacy campaign.
Foreign Minister, Israel Katz, has instructed the translation and distribution of the report to Israeli embassies abroad. He stated, “The crimes of sexual violence, which find expression in this important report, will serve the State of Israel in its ceaseless war against the terrorist organization Hamas in the political arena.”
The report, published on Wednesday, is the most comprehensive one conducted on the attack. It includes survivor testimonies, interviews with rescue and treatment forces, and confidential information.
According to the report, the Hamas attack included violent acts of rape with the threat of weapons, carried out in a manner designed to increase the pain and helplessness of all those present and to sow additional terror. The report aims to raise international awareness of the harm and violence by Hamas terrorists in Israel.
Israel’s foreign ministry plans to translate and distribute the report worldwide as the first step of an extensive public diplomacy campaign. The report provides evidence of systematic sexual crimes committed by Hamas terrorists against Israeli citizens during the October 7 attack. This move is part of Israel’s efforts to raise international awareness of the issue.
