The Tamil Nadu Congress Committee (TNCC) President K. Selvaperunthagai has dismissed rumors suggesting that Congress Legislature Party chief whip S. Vijayadharani may join the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). He also expressed confidence that the INDIA bloc will make significant gains in Tamil Nadu, with the goal of winning all 39 seats in the state and the lone seat in Puducherry. Selvaperunthagai highlighted the collaboration between the Congress and DMK for the success of the INDIA bloc in Tamil Nadu under the leadership of Chief Minister MK Stalin.
