As a result of this, JR East’s Narita Express trains, which connect Narita Airport in Chiba Prefecture and the greater Tokyo area, have also been suspended from the first departure on all routes, but are expected to resume in the afternoon.
The specific cause of the concrete falling onto the tracks has not been confirmed yet, but it has caused inconvenience to many commuters and travelers. The company is working on restoration and safety measures to ensure a smooth and safe resumption of train services.
The disruption in train services has caused inconvenience to many passengers who rely on the JR Yokosuka line for their daily commutes. The company has apologized for the inconvenience caused and has assured that they are working diligently to restore the train operations as soon as possible.
