The money Jools is earning through this whole fiasco will help her fund her gender transition surgery as a trans woman, which she has already informed everyone about.
However, Jools Lebron was not fast enough to trademark the phrase.

Jefferson Bates, an online persona, also filed for a trademark on the phrase, and Jools will not have any rights to the phrase she came up with.
Jools opened up about this issue on TikTok and told the whole story as to how she won’t be able to have the monetary benefits through the phrase as she thought she would.
Jools was heartbroken upon learning the trademark went to someone else, who she isn’t even connected with.
The internet is also not happy with the whole thing.

People on the internet assured Jools that they wouldn’t buy anything related to the phrases she used unless Jools was the one who released it herself.
Jools Lebron’s followers have claimed that they are all standing with her so she can claim the trademark she deserves.
