The Kia class action has charged Kia America, Inc. with manufacturing, marketing, and selling cars without proper safety features, which makes them easy to steal. Consumers who bought cars made by Kia’s parent company, Hyundai, are also eligible to join the lawsuits since many of the Hyundai models that were manufactured during the same period have the same defects.
