Mathew after his retirement thought of running as a single candidate for the Left Democratic Party. He went on with his oaths, and speeches and managed to win the hearts of the public, showing a positive outcome to the election results.

However, due to an unexpected turn of events, all his dreams come crashing down. Out of the blue, he realizes his wife has filed a divorce against Mathew and outed him as gay to the public. Now Mathew has to restart his whole venture, overcome his fear of his sexuality, and get his stuff done as he planned earliest.

Viewers loved the homosexuality aspect of the film. There are loads of new films dealing with this topic these days, but this film caught that aspect very differently making people love the direction and narrative shown.

The actor did a great job portraying the characters and brought them to life. It also neatly showed out sexuality can be a huge deal about how two people live their lives, regardless of their age and comfort zone. The film brings up how the wife is trying to break free from the shackles of society just to let her and her husband live the life they deserve.
