However, this time, their collaboration is happening for a pan-India psychological thriller. Kangana Ranaut couldn’t contain her excitement as she announced the beginning of filming in Chennai on her X (formerly Twitter) account.

In a tweet, she revealed, “Today in Chennai we started filming our new film, a psychological thriller. Other details coming soon. For now need all your support and blessings for this very unusual and exciting script.”

Thalaivar Rajinikanth visits Kangana’s film’s set

Shortly after this announcement, Kangana Ranaut shared another post featuring herself alongside superstar Rajinikanth, who made a surprise arrival on the film set. Expressing her joy at meeting the Thalaiver, she mentioned missing her co-star R Madhavan. “On our shoot’s first day, Thalaivar himself, Rajinikanth, graced us with a surprise visit. What a delightful day!! Missing Maddy @ActorMadhavan as he joins us soon,” she wrote on X.

In response, Madhavan re-shared her post, expressing his gratitude, “Wowowowowoeow what a BLESSINGSSSS.. gods grace Phenomenal Beginning. Thank you sir @rajinikanth .. your wishes and blessings mean the world to us.”
