Kia unveils refreshed Carens with new variants, gearbox, features. Compare prices.
Kia Carens facelift has been launched in India with new variants, gearbox, and features. The 2024 iteration of the three-row RV now boasts nine new variants, a new diesel engine, and more colours, starting from ₹10.52 lakh (ex-showroom) and going up to ₹19.67 lakh (ex-showroom).
The new Kia Carens facelift comes with a new 1.5-litre diesel engine paired with a six-speed manual transmission, offering nine new variants available across different trims. The U2 1.5 VGT diesel manual option is available in both six and seven-seat configurations.
In addition to the new engine, Kia has introduced three engine choices for the Carens, including a 1.5-litre diesel unit with a new six-speed manual gearbox. The diesel engine is capable of delivering 113 bhp of power and 250 Nm of peak torque, providing a smooth driving experience.
Kia has also updated the exterior colour choices for the Carens, including the addition of the Pewter Olive colour and a variety of other options across different trims. The X-Line variant now comes with exclusive features, such as a dashcam, voice commands for window control, and a more powerful charger.
The pricing for the new variants of the Carens starts from ₹12.12 lakh (ex-showroom), with the X-Line version priced at a starting range of ₹19.22 lakh (ex-showroom) and going up to ₹19.67 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-end version. The Carens lineup offers a range of features across different trims, making it a versatile choice for customers looking for a comfortable and stylish ride.
