KL Rahul aims for improvement after LSG defeat to RR in IPL 2024

Lucknow Super Giants suffered a 20-run defeat against Rajasthan Royals in Match 4 of the IPL 2024. Captain K.L Rahul acknowledged the mistakes made by his team at crucial moments as they allowed Rajasthan to post 193/7 despite a strong start.

In the chase, Rahul and Pooran’s well-made half-centuries were not enough as Lucknow could only manage 173/6. Rahul emphasized the need to learn from their mistakes and get stronger as the tournament progresses.

Rahul praised coach Justin Langer for bringing calmness to the team and expressed the importance of finding ways to win games. Although he was happy with his batting performance, he stressed the importance of ending up on the winning side for greater satisfaction after missing a season.

The skipper’s positive outlook and determination to improve will be crucial for Lucknow Super Giants as they aim to bounce back from their opening defeat in the IPL 2024 season.
