The world is mourning the loss of Kokoi Baldo, a popular Reggae singer. As per news reports, ‘Kokoi’ whose real name was Juan Manuel Ubaldo died in a tragic car accident that occurred in Bacolod City early Friday morning.

The news of his death was confirmed by his manager and his wife through a Facebook post. The post says- “He will be missed, loved and forever in our hearts.”

As per news reports, he was riding his bike trying to overtake a car on Circumferential Road in Barangay Mandalagan around 1:30 a.m. on Friday. All of a sudden he lost control of his vehicle and collided it with a 10-wheeler truck. He was 44 years old at the time of his death.
