Stefan Kovacevic shone for Hyderabad early on, but Vinit Kumar’s aggressive serves disrupted the Hawks’ defence. Onur Cukur’s precise passing set up attackers for Kolkata, with Ashwal Rai adding to the team’s strength. Hemanth and Stefan fought back for Hyderabad, showcasing their resistance.

Despite missing Ivan Jose, Hyderabad struggled with Sahil Kumar starting for the first time. David Kisiel’s contributions in both attack and defence allowed Kolkata to take control of the match, dominating the court.
