Lance Reddick Found Dead At House, ‘John Wick 4’ Would Be His Last Film
Everyone is in disbelief after hearing the news of Lance Reddick’s passing. On Friday morning, the actor who was well-known for his roles in movies like in ‘The Wire; and “John Wick” series, passed away unexpectedly. The 60-year-old actor was founddead at his Los Angeles home near Studio City. The deceased actor will eventually be seen repeating his role as Charon, the receptionist of the Continental Hotel in New York City in the upcoming ‘John Wick: Chapter 4’, which is scheduled for release on 24 march.
The movie’s star, Keanu Reeves, and director, Chad Stahelski, both paid tribute to Reddick when they got to know about the sudden demise of the actor. His spokesperson announced his death and stated that it was caused by “natural causes”.
Following his appearance in “Oz,” Reddick gained notoriety in 2000. He portrayed an undercover cop in the program who was fighting the drug trade but quickly fell into addiction. But, it was through “The Wire” that Reddick became well-known. He has played his part as Charon in “John Wick: Chapter 4,” which is his final performance. On March 24, the movie will be made available.

Friends and fans immediately flocked to Twitter to share their astonishment and pay respects to the actor after learning of Lance’s passing. An image about him from the show was also published by the ‘John Wick: Chapter 4’ official Twitter account, which stated, “A kindhearted person, a lovely person, and a real friend. I’ll see you later, Lance Reddick.
With the titular, still-active hitman played by Keanu Reeves, Reddick played Charon. Notably, he took care of the protagonist character’s dog in the second film, while in the third, he teamed up with “John Wick” for a weapon action scene. Together with Bill Skarsgard playing the lead, the next movie also features Donnie Yen, Laurence Fishburne, and Rina Sawayama.
