LinkedIn launches ‘Live Event Ads’ to aid businesses in increasing brand visibility

New Delhi, April 4 (IANS) Professional networking platform LinkedIn has launched a new global advertisement format called ‘Live Event Ads’ to assist companies in boosting event registrations, enhancing brand awareness, and generating measurable outcomes from event investments.

According to LinkedIn data, the number of professionals engaging with events on the platform has seen a 34% increase year-over-year. To ensure companies reach their target audience, Live Event Ads are being tested to promote events before, during, and after they occur.

Matt Tindale, Head of Enterprise Solutions, APAC, stated, “With the introduction of Live Event Ads, brands can share their live event with the right people, nurture an online community, and build their brand with decision-makers.” This new ad format aims to facilitate authentic two-way communication with audiences to strengthen trust and reputation.

LinkedIn has also unveiled additional ad offerings and measurement tools to assist brands in making a significant impact in a competitive landscape. The new ad offerings include LinkedIn CTV, Sponsored Articles, and Dynamic UTMs.
