Looking back at Holi memories with Naman, Shruti, Trupti, and Ankur
Mumbai, March 23 (IANS) Actors Naman Shaw, Shruti Choudhary, Trupti Mishra, and Ankur Verma have shared their childhood memories of Holi and their plans for the festival this year. Naman Shaw is excited to introduce his son to the magic of Holi, while Shruti will celebrate with her co-stars on the sets of ‘Mera Balam Thanedaar’.
Naman Shaw, known for his role in ‘Mangal Lakshmi’, expressed, “I’ve been planning something special– a makeshift pool brimming with water, colours, and water balloons.” He also shared his tradition of preparing desserts at home for loved ones, emphasizing the importance of cherishing moments of togetherness.
Shruti, who plays Bulbul in ‘Mera Balam Thanedaar’, reminisced about the delicious ‘malpua’ her mother used to prepare for everyone during Holi. Despite her shooting commitments, she looks forward to celebrating with her reel-life family, highlighting the essence of togetherness and celebration during the festival.
Trupti, portraying Poonam in ‘Qayaamat Se Qayaamat Tak’, fondly recalled childhood Holi memories with homemade delicacies like gujiya and thandai. She is excited to join friends for a colourful Holi gathering this year, ready to create new memories together.
Ankur, playing ‘Rajeev’ in ‘Parineetii’, shared his excitement for celebrating Holi with his Colors family, promising drama and twists for viewers. He emphasized the use of organic colors for a safe celebration and encouraged spreading joy and love, reflecting on the theme of ‘Burai par achhayi ki jeet’.
