MakeMyTrip vs EaseMyTrip Lakshadweep Packages Compared

Explore Lakshadweep with MakeMyTrip and EaseMyTrip packages. Enjoy affordable tours, discounts, and customizable options for an unforgettable experience.

MakeMyTrip, the online tour and travel booking app, announced on Monday a remarkable 3,400% surge in searches for Lakshadweep following PM Modi’s visit to the island. The company tweeted that, due to increased customer interest, it has launched the ‘Beaches of India’ campaign.

In a recent post, MakeMyTrip stated, “NewsFlash: We have observed a 3400% increase in on-platform searches for Lakshadweep ever since Honorable PM’s visit. This interest in Indian beaches has inspired us to launch a ‘Beaches of India’ campaign on the platform with offers and discounts to encourage Indian travelers to explore the country’s stunning beaches. Keep watching this space!”

However, following EaseMyTrip’s lead, where hundreds of thousands of social media users praised the travel planning company for suspending flight bookings to the Maldives after Maldivian ministers made disrespectful comments about PM Modi, many users demanded Make My Trip to do the same.

MakeMyTrip has introduced enticing packages to Lakshadweep on its platform, including customizable tours for travelers from Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, and Delhi.

MakeMyTrip vs EaseMyTrip Lakshadweep Packages

MakeMyTrip has unveiled six affordable and premium tour packages to Lakshadweep, featuring significant discounts and offers. These packages encompass various sightseeing points and experiential tours and activities. It’s offerings range from ₹23,049 to ₹47,060 per person for cruise travel.

EaseMyTrip has initiated the #ChaloLakshadweep campaign to boost Lakshadweep tourism. The company presents nine packages to Lakshadweep Island, ranging from ₹22,999 to ₹53,999 per person, which may appear slightly pricier than Make My Trip’s offerings.
