Malayalam Actor Kottayam Pradeep Passes Away After Suffering a Heart Attack

Malayalam ctor Pradeep KR, who is popularly known as Kottayam Pradeep passed away on Thursday (February 17) after suffering a heart attack. He was 61 years old and left behind two children along with his wife Maya to grieve over his loss. Though no one could’ve predicted this tragedy when they were living life happily together just months ago.

Popular Malayalam film superstar Prithviraj Sukumaran took to social media to pay last respects.

Director John Mahendran was shocked to hear the news about Pradeep Kottayam’s sudden demise. He shares his photo, writing “A very natural actor #Pradeepsicial from Malayalam movie industry passes away.”

Pradeep’s career as an actor began in 2001, at the age of 40. He initially played comedy roles for films and has so far acted in 70 movies.
