Maruti Suzuki Arena celebrates Women’s Day with over 9 lakh cars sold to women

Maruti Suzuki has celebrated Women’s Day by announcing the sale of over 9 lakh cars through their Maruti Suzuki Arena dealerships. In FY23-24, 28 per cent of women chose Maruti Suzuki’s cars, up from 18 per cent in FY17-18. The brand is launching a new campaign called ‘Arena Journeys’ to celebrate women drivers and influencers in vehicle decisions.

The ‘Arena Journeys’ campaign will feature short stories from well-known women directors such as Tanuja Chandra, Alankrita Shrivastava, Sonam Nair, and Tahira Kashyap Khurrana. These directors will narrate interesting stories of women. The first short story is set to debut on 8th March.

More than 9 lakh women buyers have chosen Maruti Suzuki Arena, with over 28% choosing the brand value as a reason to purchase. Arena Journeys reflects the brand’s commitment to inclusivity, empowerment, and customer-centricity.”

Maruti Suzuki is also working on the launch of the Swift, expected to debut in the coming months. The hatchback will feature major revisions to the exterior, hints of the Baleno in the interior, and a new three-cylinder engine for improved fuel efficiency and torque. Suzuki aims to provide a better driving experience for their customers.
