A former cameraman for Megan Thee Stallion has filed a lawsuit alleging harassment and also forcing him to watch her having sex with another woman.

The cameraman, Emilio Garcia, in his lawsuit, alleged that he was trapped in a moving vehicle in a foreign country while the hip-hop star had sex with a woman.

Emilio Garcia Files Lawsuit Against Megan Thee Stallion

The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Emilio Garcia, a former cameraman for the hip-hop star, in a lawsuit, accused Megan of harassment and a hostile work environment.

The lawsuit also alleged that the plaintiff was fat-shamed and forced to work in conditions that were abusive and intolerable.

An attorney for Megan Thee Stallion, Alex Spiro, has described the lawsuit as an attempt to malign the reputation of his client and will be dealt with suitably in a court of law. He added that it was an employment claim for money with no sexual harassment claims.

Emilio Garcia started working for Megan as a personal cameraman in 2018 on a part-time basis before joining full-time in 2019.

He continued working with the hip-hop star until 2023.

The lawsuit stated that Garcia was traveling with Megan to Ibiza, Spain, in June 2022 with three other women when Megan Thee Stallion engaged in sex with one of the women in the moving car.

Garcia said,

“I felt uncomfortable. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. At kind of just be the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me,”

The next morning, the rapper asked Garcia whether he was in the car with them the night before, and when he answered in the affirmative, he was asked to keep mum and never to talk about the incident to anyone.

The lawsuit also detailed how Garcia’s compensation structure was changed from a monthly flat rate to a pay-per-task system and required him to submit an invoice after every assignment.

The lawsuit also alleged that Garcia was required to provide the same services even after drastically altering his pay structure.

All these developments happened after the Ibiza trip, and Megan Thee Stallion also reduced the number of assignments.

Garcia wanted to quit the job because of her increasing possessiveness and a lack of appropriate pay for the services he was providing, and in June 2023, Roc Nation notified him that Megan no longer required his services.

The lawsuit stated that Garcia was put through intense emotional distress due to the barrage of relentless sexual and fat-shaming comments directed at him by Megan.

Ron Zambrano, an attorney for Garcia, said in a statement,

“Megan just needs to pay our client what he’s due, own up to her behavior, and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat-shaming conduct”.
