Mini gun factory busted in Bihar's Arwal, 14 arrested

In an operation led by Bihar Police, Bihar STF, and Kolkata STF, an illegal mini gun factory in Bihar’s Arwal district was uncovered. 14 individuals, including 9 arms artisans, were apprehended, and a significant amount of arms, ammunition, and manufacturing machinery were confiscated.

According to Superintendent of Police, Arwal, Vidya Sagar, the mini gun factory was located in Radhe Bigha village under Karpi police station. The SP mentioned, “We have arrested 14 persons including 9 arms artisans who belong to Munger district of Bihar.”

Further investigation revealed that the gun factory was being run by Nagendra Kumar Singh’s son Sumit Kumar Singh and nephew Raushan Kumar Singh. The arrests included Nagendra Kumar Singh, his son, nephew, wife, and nephew’s wife along with 9 arms artisans.

The seized items included semi-automatic pistols, partially-manufactured pistol parts, live cartridges, manufacturing machinery, and raw materials. The joint operation team was able to effectively shut down this illegal activity and prevent further harm.
