Mother and three children tragically killed in house collapse in Jammu and Kashmir’s Reasi district
In a tragic incident, a woman and her three children were killed in a house collapse in Jammu and Kashmir’s Reasi district. The family was buried alive in a landslide that hit their mudhouse in the Chassana area of the district. The victims were asleep when the landslide occurred on Sunday night.
The deceased were identified as 30-year-old Phala Akther, her 5-year-old daughter Nasima Akther, 3-year-old daughter Safeen Kousar, and 2-month-old son Sameer Kousar. Sadly, all four died on the spot due to the impact of the landslide. Additionally, two other individuals, 60-year-old Kalu and his 58-year-old wife Bano Begum, sustained injuries in the incident.
