Moto G14 was rolled out on Tuesday in India. This smartphone is launched as a part of the company’s affordable smartphone in G-series. The phone Moto G14 currently operates on Android 13. However, the company has promised to offer security updates for three years along with an update to Android 14 as well.
The Smartphone comes with a setup of Dolby Atmos-tuned stereo speaker along with a 6.5-inch full-HD+ display. Moto G14 is backed by a 5,000mAh battery along with TurboPower charging support for 20W. The newly launched smartphone comes with a secondary camera of 2 megapixels and a primary camera of 50 megapixels.
Availability and Pricing in India
In India, Moto G14’s price starts from Rs. 9,999 for the base storage configuration of 4GB + 128GB RAM. This is the only storage configuration that is available currently. The smartphone is available in Sky Blue colorways along with Steel Gray currently. In upcoming weeks the phone will also be available by the company in a vegan leather finish with Pale Lilac color options and a new Butter Cream as well.
On 8 August, the Smartphone will be available to purchase on sale in India from noon. Customers can get this smartphone from retail stores, the Motorola India website, and Flipkart as well. On Flipkart, if the transaction is done via ICICI Bank cards then an additional Rs. 750 instant discount can also be availed.
Moto G14 Features and Specifications
Moto G14 comes with a dual-SIM (Nano) feature running on Android 13, straight out of the box. The phone is equipped with the company’s My UX optimizations. The Smartphone flaunts an LCD, with a pixel density of 405ppi, along with a 6.5-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,400 pixels). It is also backed by an Arm Mali-G57 MP1 GPU with an octa-core Unisoc T616 SoC. It is paired with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM.
The Smartphone also flaunts a primary camera equipped with Quad Pixel technology of 50-megapixel on the rear panel. It offers PDAF or phase detection autofocus along with an f/1.8 aperture. The phone also offers a macro secondary camera for selfies and video chats with an aperture of f/2.4 of 2 megapixels.
The inbuilt storage can be expanded with the help of a MicroSD card up to 1TB. It offers 128GB of inbuilt UFS2.2 storage. Various connectivity options include a USB Type-C port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, A-GPS, GPS, dual-band Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, etc.
