Mr Based, who is a well-known Kick streamer, has gone viral. Based, whose real name is Jason Lubell Itzler, has been in the spotlight because he allegedly assaulted another YouTuber named Alex Novell.

Mr Based Assaults Alex Novell

Alex Novell was filming a documentary about Jason when the attack happened. Drama Alert host Keemstar shared a video online capturing the assault.
In the video, Jason is seen with his hand on Alexâs face, while Alex tries to push him away and calls for help from the police.
Keemstarâs video, which went viral on social media, suggests that Jason was holding a selfie stick, which he allegedly used to hit Alex on the head.

“Mr Based has his hand on Alex’s face and Alex is holding him to keep him there saying, ‘Call the cops,’ because Alex was just assaulted. Bam! Did you hear that?… He’s got something in his hand. Mr Based is here, and he has got something in his hand. Right there. Do you see that? He’s got something in his hand… crack, and he swings it as hard as he can right on Alex’s forehead.”
The impact caused significant bleeding, as shown in pictures shared by Drama Alert.
After the assault, Jason ran away from the scene. This is not the first time Jason has acted out.
On June 24, 2024, his Kick streaming account was banned due to inappropriate behavior during a live stream.
Keemstar also reported that Jason was later found and surrounded by five undercover detectives. The incident has led to widespread discussion and debate online.
