Mumbai, Feb 18 (IANS) Comedian-musician Munawar Faruqui, winner of ‘Bigg Boss 17’, recently spoke at a fan meet-up in Mumbra about spreading love and addressing online trolling and hate.
At the fan meet-up, Munawar was seen greeting his fans while sporting a red T-shirt, blue jacket, and black jeans. The 32-year-old addressed the gathering, emphasizing the difficulty of truly loving someone and the ease of hating.
Munawar, who faced personal revelations during his time on ‘Bigg Boss 17’, encouraged the audience to focus on brotherhood and love, and to avoid spreading hatred either in person or on the internet.
Known for his album ‘Madari’, Munawar also urged the youth to steer clear of addiction, emphasizing that it only leads to destruction.
During the event, Munawar clicked a group selfie with the crowd and received loud cheers from his fans. In terms of his work, he has teamed up with actress Hina Khan for a music video titled ‘Halki Halki Si’, with the teaser set to release on February 20.
The song ‘Halki Halki Si’ is sung by Asees Kaur and Saaj Bhatt, with Sanjeev Chaturvedi as the lyricist and music composer, and the video shot by A Tru Makers Film. The music video is presented by Anshul Garg.
