MWC: OnePlus Watch 2 with dual chipsets to arrive in India on March 4

OnePlus has unveiled its Watch 2 during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, with the smartwatch set to hit markets in India on March 4. The watch, available in Black Steel and Radiant Steel colours, comes with a starting price of Rs 24,999 and boasts of Wear OS 4 and dual chipsets.

The Wear OS’s hybrid interface has been upgraded to support new capabilities running on OnePlus’s Dual-Engine Architecture. The watch is powered by two flagships chipsets — the Snapdragon W5 performance chipset and the BES 2700 MCU Efficiency chipset, ensuring smooth performance for both simple tasks and powerful apps like Google.

With a battery life of up to 100 hours in full Smart Mode and 48 hours with heavy use, the OnePlus Watch 2 comes equipped with 7.5W VOOC Fast Charging, fully charging the 500mAh battery in just 60 minutes. It also offers 2GB RAM and 32GB ROM configuration for seamless performance at all times.

The OnePlus Watch 2, along with the OHealth app, supports Health Connect by Android, offering a central hub in Android 14 for managing data permissions from multiple health and fitness apps and devices. The combination of features and capabilities make the OnePlus Watch 2 a compelling choice for smartwatch enthusiasts looking for performance and convenience.
