Day 1 – Gray color

According to the Panchang, Navratri is being inaugurated by Pratipada of Shukla Paksha of Matin month. This day is Saturday. Shani Dev loves black color. Hence the lucky color of this day is black. The use of this color is not considered auspicious in the pooja lesson, so one can worship by wearing gray colored clothes on the first day.

Day 2 – white color

On the second day of Navratri, we will worship Maa Brahmacharini. It is believed that Maa Brahmacharini loves white color more. White color is considered a symbol of peace. Maa Brahmacharini is also a symbol of peace and cleanliness. Therefore, worshiping mother should be worn on this day wearing white clothes.

Day 3 – red color
