New faces included in Rajasthan BJP lineup as CM and Deputy CM dropped

In a major shakeup, Rajasthan BJP President C.P. Joshi has announced the new state executive team, dropping prominent faces like Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma and Deputy Chief Minister Diya Kumari. Jyoti Mirdha, who contested the assembly elections on BJP ticket after leaving Congress, has been inducted along with 10 others.

The new team includes vice presidents Jyoti Mirdha and Nahar Singh Jodha, along with general secretaries Shravan Singh Bagri, Santosh Ahlawat, Omprakash Bhadana, and MLA Jitendra Gothwal. Additionally, Bhupendra Saini, Anusuiya Goswami, Ajit Mandan, Stephy Chauhan, Mithilesh Gautam, Aidan Singh Bhati, Anita Katara, and Anil Sisodia as co-treasurer.

Notably, Tonk-Sawai Madhopur MP Sukhbir Singh Jaunpuriya and several others like Jagveer Chhaba, Priyanka Meghwal, Bhanupratap Singh, Neelam Gurjar, Krishna Katara, and Shyam Aggarwal have been dropped from the new executive team. The new executive now comprises a total of 30 leaders.

This move by C.P. Joshi marks a significant restructuring of the Rajasthan BJP state executive, bringing in fresh faces and realigning key positions to strengthen the party’s presence in the state.
