New Honda Sahara 300 adventure motorcycle now available in Brazil

The Honda Motorcycle Brazil has unveiled the new Sahara 300, replacing the XRE 300, in line with the CB range. The adventure motorcycle features a modern design, advanced features, and robust off-road capabilities, catering to a wide range of riders.

The Sahara 300 boasts a revamped look with new panels, upgraded features, and a redesigned engine. Equipped with a digital instrument cluster, USB charger, dual-channel ABS, and adjustable suspension, the bike closely resembles the CB500X model but in a more streamlined form.

Powered by a 293 cc air-cooled SOHC engine, the Sahara 300 offers E100 compatibility, producing more power on ethanol than petrol. With 25.2 bhp on ethanol and 27 Nm of torque, the motorcycle comes with a 6-speed gearbox and a lightweight of 149 kg, ideal for off-road adventures.

Available in three variants – Standard, Rally, and Adventure, the Sahara 300 is priced from 27,090 Real to 28,650 Real in Brazil. While there is no confirmation on its availability in other markets like India, speculations suggest it could bridge the gap between CB200X and CB500X models, hinting at a potential new adventure bike in the Indian market.
