New OTT Releases: ‘Jalsa’ on Prime, Zoya Akthar’s New Netflix Program, ‘Apharan S2 On Voot, and More

This week’s OTT release schedule features a large number of titles launching on Friday. At the same moment, there are some items from this weekend’s big releases to gorge on, as well as Netflix series and movies, with more to come throughout the week. This week, Netflix has a big release from Zoya Akhtar, Jalsa from Vidya Balan is expected to do well on Amazon Prime Video, and a latest season of “Apharan” will be available on Voot Select.

1. ‘TEM ZENKO GO’

They use the art of distractions to do anonymous good deeds for the Harmony Harbour people. Auntie Yuki, their mentor, has taught these four children rare powers that enable them to perform good actions (or Zenkos) for others, rendering their village the loveliest in the world.

2. ‘CATHERINE COHEN: THE TWIST…? SHE’S GORGEOUS’

Catherine Cohen, an actress, comedian, and novelist, making her Netflix original comedy show premiere with The Twist…? She’s stunning. Catherine uses her musical skills to delightfully reveal truths about relationships, modern feminism, and becoming the main protagonist in her own existence.

3. ‘MR. & MRS. SHAMEEM’

Mrs. & Mr. Shameem is Zee5’s contribution to this week’s OTT offerings. Shameem and Umaina are best friends and have a tight friendship in the ZEE5 pilot episode. When Umaina is deceived by the guy she loves, Shameem does anything he can to help her get out of her pain.

4. ‘DEEP WATER’

What happens if you enable your companion to have relationships but become involved in her partners’ relationships? Ben Affleck, Ana De Armas, and others star in this warped version on Gone Girl. The film focuses on Patricia Highsmith’s 1957 novel of the same name, with a script by Zach Helm and Sam Levinson.

5. ‘APHARAN S2’

With its primary communication Sabka Katega Dobara, “Apharan 2,” a new partnership between Ekta Kapoor and Jio Studios, promises to raise the excitement factor with double the suspense, thriller, drama, crime, and action. Arunoday Singh, Nidhi Singh, Snehil Dixit Mehra, and Saanand Verma will star alongside veteran actor Jeetendra Kapoor in the gripping show.
