Newlywed Kriti Kharbanda impresses with her first rasoi dish approved by dadi: Halwa

Mumbai, March 19 (IANS) Actress Kriti Kharbanda, who recently married actor Pulkit Samrat, shared the glimpse of her ‘pehli rasoi’, making ‘sooji ka halwa’. The ceremony, where a newlywed bride cooks for the first time, is usually a sweet dish.

Kriti and Pulkit tied the knot on March 15. The actress, known for ‘Housefull 4’, took to Instagram to share pictures of her first rasoi. The photos showed a utensil with ‘sooji ka halwa’ garnished with almonds.

In another picture, Kriti posed happily with Pulkit’s dadi, donning traditional attire and adorned with sindoor, mangal sutra, and chooda. The caption read, “Approved by dadi,” along with a red heart emoji.

The last photo captured Kriti putting almonds on top of the halwa. Pulkit and Kriti have previously worked together in films like ‘Pagalpanti’, ‘Veerey Ki Wedding’, and ‘Taish’. Kriti’s upcoming project is ‘Risky Romeo’.
