Noida, Greater Noida, Yeida to lure investors from Japan, S Korea

The industrial authorities of Greater Noida, Noida and Yamuna Expressway have been assigned a task to attract investors from foreign countries such as Singapore, Japan, and South Korea by doing roadshows this month, officials said on Thursday.

Concerned the 3 authorities will go to the countries in order to attract investment and ask companies to set their next unit in Yamuna Expressway, Noida and Greater Noida region sources added.

Additionally, the delegates from the companies will also be conducting a 9-day long tour here in the city to organise shows here. The main aim of authorities is to push these delegates to sign the contract and set up their plant in these desired locations. 

“We will explain the terms and conditions of different schemes, which have been launched to sell our industrial plots so that potential investors are aware of their benefits. We want to attract investors so that they set up manufacturing units of electronic products as well as medical equipment. We have a host of schemes for the medical device park and electronics hubs being developed along the Yamuna Expressway near the Noida International Airport site in Jewar”, said Arun Vir Singh, Yeida chief executive officer (CEO), who will leave for Japan and South Korea on Friday evening.
