Nothing Phone 2 Launched: Available from 21 July, Check Price, and Specifications

Nothing Phone 2 was rolled out in the international market, yesterday. This phone is launched by a UK-based startup which is backed by OnePlus Co-Founder Carl Pei. This is the second phone to be launched under this name, “Nothing”. Nothing Phone 2 offers different features than its predecessor. This phone 2 comes with a larger battery and a flagship-grade Snapdragon chipset.

This smartphone also flaunts a tweaked Glyph interface and simultaneously supports third-party applications like Zomato and Uber. This phone comes with a set up of two 50-megapixel sensors. The firm has guaranteed Android OS updates for three years and security patches every two months for four years in its newly launched smartphone.

Availability and Price in India

The price of Nothing Phone 2 starts at Rs. 44,999 for the base variant, 8GB + 128GB RAM and storage configuration. This phone is also available in 12GB + 512GB and 12GB + 256GB storage variant that are priced at Rs. 54,999 and Rs. 49,999 respectively. Various color options available are White and Dark Gray. From 21 July it will be available via sale on Flipkart and selected retail stores as well. Amazing discounts can also be availed if the purchase is done via credit and debit cards of HDFC Bank and Axis Bank. Nothing Phone 2 can also be purchased from the company’s official website.

Features and Specifications of Nothing Phone 2

The phone runs on Nothing OS 2.0, based on Android 13 out-of-the-box, and offers a dual-SIM (Nano) feature. The handset flaunts HDR10+ certifications, SGS Low Blue Light, a touch sampling rate of 240Hz, and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, along with a 6.7-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,412 pixels) LTPO OLED display.

The newly launched Nothing Phone 2 is powered by an Adreno 730 GPU with Qualcomm’s 4nm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. It is also equipped with up to 518 GB of inbuilt storage and up to 12GB of RAM. It offers a dual stereo speaker setup along with three high-definition microphones.
On the optics front, the phone offers a dual rear camera setup of a 50-megapixel primary camera accompanying optical image stabilization, a 1/1.56-inch Sony IMX890 sensor, and an f/1.88 aperture. It possesses another ultra-wide-angle camera of 50-megapixel with f/2.2 aperture, a 114-degree field of view, and a 1/2.76-inch Samsung JN1 sensor.
