Olympic Champion Valerie Adams named International Event Ambassador for World 10k Bengaluru 2024

Dame Valerie Adams, the renowned shot putter, has been named the International Event Ambassador for the World 10K Bengaluru road running competition on April 28. Adams, a four-time World Champion and two-time Olympic medallist, is set to bring her expertise and inspiration to the event.

Valerie Adams, hailing from New Zealand, is best known for her exceptional achievements in shot put. With two Olympic gold medals, one silver, and one bronze, as well as four consecutive gold medals in World Championships, Adams is a force to be reckoned with in the world of athletics.
