Onlyfans Model Giusy Rizzotto Entangled in Tax Evasion Case
Social media influencer Giusy Rizzotto recently faced a tax evasion accusation from the Guardia di Finanza.
She first came into the spotlight in 2021 when she joined Forza Italia and UDC for the municipal elections.
As reported by ‘La Repubblica‘, it all started when Savona Financial Police started an investigation regarding a tax audit on Giusy Rizzotto. She is accused of failing to declare compensation she received, which should have been categorized as self-employment income.
Giusy Rizzotto gets accused of tax evasion
According to ‘La Repubblica’ and statements from the Guardia di Finanza, the investigation covered the period between 2017 and 2023, identifying it as profit. It was discovered that approximately 120 thousand euros in revenue, generated from subscriptions by private users on her OnlyFans account, were never declared.
OnlyFans’ compensation guidelines state that payments are based on the number of views and likes a person receives on their published content. The investigation also utilized banking information to uncover a foreign bank account associated with Rizzotto, revealing undeclared income forms.
In response Giusy Rizzotto, stated-
“Billions are not made, that’s not how it works. There is undeclared income : we probably made a mistake, all people make mistakes. The regulations on how to justify and declare income were certainly not very clear, especially a few years ago. However, there are no such earnings, there are many exchanges of goods: visibility in exchange for a service”.
Giusy Rizzotto is a well-known social media influencer with a significant following on TikTok, Instagram, and OnlyFans.
In the 2021 municipal elections, she became a well-recognized name.
