Party leaders in Himachal meet at Met, Priyanka Gandhi applauds their unity

In a recent meeting with Congress leaders in Himachal Pradesh, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra expressed her pride in their unity and determination to fight upcoming elections. She highlighted the contrast between the BJP’s “empire of fear, greed, and lies” and Congress’ commitment to truth, courage, and patience.

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra emphasized the importance of staying true to principles and working tirelessly for the people. Despite challenges, she remains confident that the truth will prevail and called for support from the people of Himachal Pradesh and India.

The BJP has nominated six Congress rebels, who supported them in the Rajya Sabha elections, as candidates for the upcoming Assembly bypoll on June 1. These seats became vacant due to disqualification of legislators for defying party orders during the state budget passing.

Chief Minister Sukhvinder Sukhu has denounced attempts by the BJP to destabilize the government, stating that he is not afraid of any conspiracies against him. The political landscape in Himachal Pradesh is heating up as parties gear up for the upcoming elections.
