PM Modi scheduled to address election rally in Pushkar on April 6

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to address an election rally at Pushkar in Rajasthan’s Ajmer district on April 6, as confirmed by the state BJP on Wednesday. A large number of BJP workers from nearby Lok Sabha constituencies will gather for the rally, according to Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, the election in-charge for Rajasthan.

The rally coincides with the celebration of the BJP’s Foundation Day on April 6, 1980, where party workers will mark the occasion at every booth. State BJP Vice President Narayan Panchariya mentioned that PM Modi will address the rally in Pushkar on the same day when the party commemorates its establishment.

In a parallel event, Congress veterans, including Mallikarjun Kharge, Sonia Gandhi, and Rahul Gandhi, are scheduled to be in Jaipur for a mega rally of the party on the same day. This political clash is expected to draw significant attention from both supporters and observers in the state.

The upcoming events highlight the active political landscape in Rajasthan as both major parties engage in rallying their supporters ahead of the elections. With prominent leaders from BJP and Congress set to address the public, the stage is set for a fierce electoral battle in the region.–IANS arc/arm
