PM Modi to campaign in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu in LS polls today
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to address public meetings in Pilibhit, Uttar Pradesh and Balaghat, Madhya Pradesh on Tuesday. He will also hold a roadshow in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. PM Modi will campaign for BJP Lok Sabha poll candidate Jitin Prasad in Pilibhit before moving to Balaghat and then to Chennai.
In Pilibhit, PM Modi’s meeting will begin at 11 a.m., with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also in attendance. Later, at 2:45 p.m., the Prime Minister will address a public meeting in Balaghat. Following this, he will hold a roadshow in Chennai at 6:30 p.m.
Other major political events across the country today include Union Home Minister Amit Shah’s visit to Assam, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh’s rally in Arunachal Pradesh, and Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge’s visit to Maharashtra. Additionally, Rahul Gandhi will be in Uttarakhand, while Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will address public meetings in Rampur and Hapur.
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar will hold a roadshow in Gaya, Senior Congress leader Sachin Pilot will address public meetings in Dausa and Bharatpur, and RLD chief Chaudhary Jayant Singh will be in Muzaffarnagar. Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini will address a rally in Uklana, and Kalpana Soren, wife of former Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren, will visit Giridih for interactions with JMM workers.
