Prince Harry repays £2.4m cottage renovation cost

The Duke of Sussex has paid again the £2.4m cost of refurbishing Frogmore Cottage close to Windsor Citadel.

The cost was lined by taxpayers via the Sovereign Grant, however the duke and duchess had stated they’d repay it once they stepped again from royal duties.

Prince Harry’s spokesman stated he had paid the invoice in full by making a contribution to the Sovereign Grant.

The property will stay a UK residence for the duke and his household.
