Priyanka Chopra enjoys jungle adventures in her new film ‘Tiger’

Mumbai, April 2 (IANS) Priyanka Chopra Jonas is all set to narrate the story of the planet’s most charismatic animal, the ‘Tiger’. The actress had a great time lending her voice to the film, which she describes as a tale of “love, conflict, hunger and survival”. ‘Tiger’ will be launched on Disney+ Hotstar on Earth Day.

In a post on X (formerly called Twitter), Priyanka expressed her excitement about the film, saying, “‘Tiger’… a story that captures the wild and brings out everything that happens within it – tales of love, conflict, hunger, survival and so much more.” The film is set in the bustling jungles of India, where a tiger named Amba takes care of her cubs with immense love, showcasing the beautiful bond between mother and child.

Sharing an anecdote, Priyanka revealed that the film was shot over eight years, following the journey of this tiger family. The actress mentioned that every moment of working on the project was enjoyable for her, stating, “I had so much fun lending my voice to this incredible story and exploring the jungles through this film. I can’t wait for y’all to enjoy the jungle with us!”

‘Tiger’ is directed by Mark Linfield, co-directed by Vanessa Berlowitz and Rob Sullivan, and produced by Linfield, Berlowitz, and Roy Conli. The film is a groundbreaking culmination of 1,500 days of filming, capturing the essence of the wild through the story of a unique tiger family.
