American actor Charles Richard Moll, born January 13, 1943, and passed on October 26, 2023, gained notoriety for playing the bailiff Bull Shannon in the NBC sitcom “Night Court” created by Reinhold Weege from 1984 to 1992.

Additionally, he voiced Harvey Dent/Two-Face in “Batman: The Animated Series” which won Daytime Emmy Awards, as well as the Primetime Emmy Award, and “The New Batman Adventures”.

In 1983, Moll adopted his characteristic bald appearance for the part of Hurok in “Metalstorm: The Destruction of Jared-Syn,” which paved the way for his appearance in “Night Court.”

In 2001 he portrayed the role of Hugh Kane in the film “Scary Movie 2” which was directed by Keenen Ivory Wayans and starred Anna Faris, Regina Hall, and more. Later in 2014, he was seen in the series named, “Anger Management” opposite Charlie Sheen who is known for his involvement in the CBS series, “Two and a Half Men” as Charlie Harper.
