RIIZE’s Seunghan Photos With Allegedly Underage Girlfriend Goes Viral On Twitter, and Reddit, Sparks Controversy

The famous lead singer of boy band group RIIZE, Seunghan has found himself at the centre of controversy. His group was signed under SM Entertainment. The boy band is well-known and garnered quite a fanbase in the country. Earlier, this week the alleged photos were leaked showing Seunghan getting intimate with a girl in bed.

The minute photos surfaced on social media, they went viral.

Although, Seunghan has released an apology for the recent controversy.

An official statement was released from his side stating-  I am writing as I think it’s correct to address it before standing in front of our fans. I would like to apologize to fans who’ve been supporting Riize. I have damaged the team and disappointed the members of Riize and staff of SM Entertainment with my personal actions during an important and decisive time when [the band] is about to make its debut”

He further added he was sorry for how things turned out and apologized for his actions. In the meantime, he was also scared and anxious about how the video was leaked on the internet. He also assured that he will be cautious in the future and ensure his band Riize doesn’t suffer from his actions. 

SM Entertainment speaks out over photos leaked

After the news broke of his alleged video, SM Entertainment will not be attending the upcoming scheduled pre-recording of “NPOP”. “NPOP” is basically Naver Now’s online music show program which Seunghan along with his teammates were scheduled to attend. 

Regardless of the controversy, SM Entertainments, Riize is scheduled to perform their new song. The song will be their first single from their latest album titled- “Get A Guitar.” The boyband features the following members- Shotaro, Eunseok, Sungchan, Wonbin, Seunghan, Sohee and Anton.
