
Ritesh Agarwal is a young entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of OYO Hotels & Homes. He is from Rayagada, Odisha. After 12th he joined the Indian School of Business & Finance, Delhi. During his 100 days of travel, he realized there are no affordable, beautiful, and good-quality hotels under the budget of everyone. After that experience, he converted Oravel to OYO in 2013. Today, Oyo is among the world’s leading chains of hotels, homes, and spaces.
Oyo Hotels & Homes is an Indian hotel chain that has become the largest hospitality chain of leased and franchised hotels, homes, and living spaces. Now they have expanded worldwide with thousands of hotels and vacation homes in numerous cities of India, Malaysia, Nepal, the UK, UAE, Sri Lanka, and many more.
The company also has investors like SoftBank Group, Greenoaks Capital, Sequoia India, Light speed India, Hero Enterprise, and Airbnb.
