RLJP MP Mehboob Ali Kaiser meets Chirag Paswan to seek ticket

Rashtriya Lok Janshakti Party (RLJP) MP Mehboob Ali Kaiser has requested the ticket from LJP-Ram Vilas to contest the upcoming Lok Sabha elections from Bihar’s Khagaria seat. He met Chirag Paswan in the national capital after the BJP-LJP seat-sharing deal.

According to reports, the Chirag Paswan-led faction of the LJP has been allocated five seats in Bihar, including Khagaria, where Kaiser is the current MP. Kaiser expressed his desire to contest from Khagaria saying, “I will contest the Lok Sabha election from Khagaria if he would give me his party’s ticket.”

In response to queries about changing sides, Kaiser mentioned, “Such things happen in politics. CM Nitish Kumar was with Mahagathbandhan in the past and now in the NDA. I am in the RLJP, but if Chirag Paswan grants me a ticket, I would join his party and contest the election.” Kaiser also praised Chirag Paswan’s political legacy inherited from his father, Ram Vilas Paswan.
