Russia claims evidence connects Moscow attackers to Ukraine

The Russian Investigative Committee has revealed a connection between terrorists involved in the Crocus City Hall attack in suburban Moscow and Ukrainian nationalists. The committee stated that evidence linking the two groups was found after analyzing seized technical devices and financial transactions.

According to a report by Xinhua news agency, the committee stated, “After working with detained terrorists, studying the technical devices seized from them, and analysing information about financial transactions, evidence was obtained of their connection with Ukrainian nationalists.”

Furthermore, the committee confirmed that the terrorists received significant amounts of money and cryptocurrency from Ukraine, which were used in the preparation of the crime. In addition, another suspect involved in a terrorist financing scheme has been identified and detained.

The Russian Investigative Committee’s findings shed light on the complex network of connections between terrorists and Ukrainian nationalists. The revelation of financial support from Ukraine adds another layer to the investigation into the Crocus City Hall attack in suburban Moscow.
