New Delhi, March 23 (IANS) The Russian Embassy in India is flying its national flag at half-mast in New Delhi to mourn the victims of a devastating terror attack in Moscow. More than 60 people were killed and many others injured in the attack, which occurred at Crocus City Hall on Friday night.
Terrorists, dressed in camouflage uniforms, carried out the assault by opening fire and detonating explosives at the venue. The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the attack, stating that the attackers had fled to safety after the assault.
