Sagar Rana Death Case: The Delhi Police has announced a reward of ₹1 lakh for information leading to the arrest of Olympic medalist Sushil Kumar in connection with the death of a young wrestler in the Sagar Rana Death Case. Sagar Rana, the national junior champion, was killed during a clash between wrestlers at the Chhatrasal Stadium in Delhi. Sushil Kumar was absconding after the accused was added to the case. It has been two weeks since the incident, but police have not received any information about Sushil Kumar. It is in this context that a reward of ₹1 lakh has been announced for those who help in finding Sushil Kumar.

A reward of Rs 50,000 has been announced for information leading to the arrest of Ajay Kumar, who also went missing along with Sushil Kumar. A Delhi court has issued non-bailable warrants against seven people wanted by police in connection with the case, including Sushil Kumar. The Delhi Police also issued a lookout notice against Sushil Kumar and others, but to no avail.

Though the Delhi Police had set up nets for Sushil Kumar in Delhi and nearby states including Haryana, they could not find him. The raids on the star’s house and relatives’ houses were in vain.

According to police, Sushil Kumar was also present at the time of the incident on May 5. Two friends of Sagar Rana were hospitalized after being injured in the clash. Sushil Kumar has been charged with murder, kidnapping and criminal conspiracy.
