Saif Ali Khan, co-owner of Tigers of Kolkata, expressed his excitement for the upcoming tennis ball T10 tournament, ISPL, connecting his family legacy to the city of Kolkata. The beginning of cricket for everyone is with a tennis ball.” He also emphasized the growing connection between cricket and entertainment over time. With his roots in Kolkata and a strong family history in both the city and the sport, he feels proud to represent Tigers of Kolkata in the tournament.
The ISPL will showcase six teams from Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, and Srinagar, competing in 19 matches scheduled in Mumbai from March 2 to March 9. Saif’s enthusiasm for the tournament and his passion for cricket underline his support for the initiative that aims to bring a new, exciting format of the game to the forefront.
