Saiyami Kher finds joy in working out, doesn’t see it as punishment

Actress Saiyami Kher, known for her fitness enthusiasm, shared that she sees exercise as a joyful activity rather than a punishment. She revealed her love for playing badminton to switch up her routine. Saiyami emphasized the importance of taking action over just discussing workouts.

In an interview with IANS, Saiyami mentioned, “Every day when you wake up, the toughest thing I feel is putting on your shoes and tying your shoelaces.” She added, “So, when you forget to work out you are always lazy but once you put on the shoes and get out, the first kilometre is tough and then everything becomes much better.”

The actress expressed her joy for playing badminton, saying, “Going and playing badminton gives me immense joy so I don’t consider workout as a punishment because I genuinely like doing it. If I want a break from what I have been doing I will go and play badminton.”

Saiyami highlighted that she finds every form of workout beneficial and stressed the importance of taking action in fitness goals. On the professional front, she is currently preparing for the ‘Ironman Race’ in Berlin, focusing on a rigorous training plan that includes cycling, swimming, running, and strength training. Her workouts are tailored towards her Ironman training, which is set for September in Berlin.
